Articulate Storyline Developer

eLamb is looking for an eLearning developer with experience using Articulate Storyline.

The primary responsibility of the role is to develop eLearning courses, from the content provided by our customers and storyboarded by our internal team.

This is a permanent role within the company, but we would be open to freelance resource for the right candidate. We have a current project that would require a freelancer to spend at least 6 months on, probably more like 12 months.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of authoring in Articulate storyline and be able to work to deadlines.

eLamb was founded in 2007, based in Darlington, County Durham but with a remote team, working all over the country. We specialise in creating bespoke eLearning courses and are fortunate to be working with well-known names such as Halfords, BMW, British Heart Foundation, TONI&GUY, Barratt Developments to name a few.

We also have a suite of off the shelf eLearning courses, which the successful candidate will help us to maintain and we resell abara LMS in the UK.

Scope of Role

• Work with Instructional Designers to produce engaging online courses.
• Take ownership for the delivery of all the courses in the projects assigned to you.
• Create engaging and accessible eLearning for all learners.
• Utilise authoring tools like Articulate Storyline 360 to build eLearning courses.
• Produce eLearning courses on time and on budget and align those programs with an overall learning outcomes strategy.
• Work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Address changes and feedback to course deliverables in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with graphic design and video producers to create an impactful learning experience.
• Design and deliver engaging training to be consumed on laptop, desktop, mobile and tablet.

Must Have Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with Articulate Storyline

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of programming concepts and experience with Javascript .
• Graphic design experience with the following Adobe products: Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop.
• Experience in audio/narration editing.
