BMW Group were looking to find an online training company they could “pick up” and “put down” when needed, to help them create training on a wide range of topics. Often these topics are ones they are not Subject Matter Experts on and would need the content providing as well as the instructional design. Some examples of the topics included, Diversity & Inclusion, Modern Slavery Awareness and GDPR.
eLamb currently provides off the shelf online training courses as well as custom made courses for BMW to deliver via their own Learning Management System.
