With the majority of their training being delivered by instructors in classroom based scenarios, Domino’s resources were being severely stretched and they were struggling to deliver and keep a record of all staff training around the globe.
They also didn’t have a way to prove the training had been understood.
They wanted to find a system to help them manage face to face training and online training in the simplest way.
eLamb’s LMS allows Domino to automatically assign online training to employees based on their job role and follow up on any training each employee has missed. Making it much easier to manage training and deliver more training than before.
The LMS was translated into 5 languages for Domino and online training courses delivered in the employees preferred language.
Our LMS comes with complete classroom management functionality; allowing Domino to upload documents, PowerPoint, deliver post training knowledge checks & surveys, as well as for the instructors to sign learners up to their face to face courses and mark them as attended/not attended on the day.
All line managers were given easy access to view each of their team member’s training progress to support the overall take up of training.
Domino’s centralised training team are now able to work much better with the local training teams in each country, to ensure the same high standard of training is being delivered across their whole network.
They can now easily identify where further training is needed as a result of the post training knowledge checks now in place.
