The Problem

FCC used to have an in house eLearning development department who built courses for delivery on their own LMS. They had the source files for some of their existing courses but not for others. They also wanted to create more eLearning courses but they no longer had the resource in house to so.

The Solution

• eLamb have become an external L&D department to FCC, updating all their existing training into SCORM modules and creating new courses for use on their own Learning Management System.
• As some of the existing courses were outdated in terms of content and imagery, eLamb gave them a makeover and a new look and feel.

The Results

Instead of hiring full time eLearning Developers, FCC work with eLamb and “pick us up” and “put us down” as and when they need us. As we have worked on multiple projects with FCC we understand their brand guidelines very well and can produce engaging courses on brief very quickly. We have created courses on many topics, including Equality & Diversity, Workplace Safety Signs, GDPR and Modern Slavery.
