FGH were in need of an LMS to rectify years of paper records of training. Record keeping and audit of staff training was becoming unmanageable this way.
There was also a need to train staff in specific content that wasn’t yet in a digital format.
eLamb implemented an LMS into a company that had no previous culture or knowledge of using one and assigned the right courses to the right staff member depending on role and department.
We also created custom training modules on Anti Money Laundering, GDPR, and Cyber Security.
FGH has a 97% completion rate of training on their LMS thanks to us helping implement and advise during the beginning phases of use.
