Halfords internal training was deemed out of date; it was using outdated technology and also needed a more modern style. The problem was most of the existing training needed an overhaul and no internal resource available to do it.
eLamb decided to redesign the courses based on Halfords most recent TV commercials. We took the imagery, font design, and messaging method from the ads and transferred into our learning modules. eLamb took the planning, designing, building phase out of Halfords and became an extension of their L&D department.
We have built a range of courses from technical ability, customer service, health and safety, and autocentre training so far. The courses have been taken by hundreds of staff around the company to positive reviews.
