We create a storyboard from the material given to us by the internal subject matter experts and a brief from the L&D department as to the learning outcomes. The material can be product brochures, access to the company intranet, documents, PowerPoints and conversations with the subject matter experts.
At this stage we also indicate how the content will be delivered, for example audio, video, pictorial, text or a combination of them.
We then work on the design of the courses, for example matching it to the brand guidelines, sourcing or creating the photographic and vector images. At the end of this stage, we give Halfords a PowerPoint version of the course.
Finally, we turn the PowerPoint version the course into an engaging digital course. Creating the animations, interactions and audio. We have built a range of courses from technical ability, customer service, health and safety, and autocentre training for Halfords. The courses have been taken by hundreds of staff around the company to positive reviews.
“eLamb go the extra mile to ensure that all of the products and materials are produced in a timely manner. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they are really receptive to feedback and adapting any materials required.”
Halfords get courses authored in very short time scales, helping the L&D department support internal teams, who often give very short notice of requirements.
Halfords gain access to our highly experienced developers, who do nothing but design and develop digital training every day, without having to employ internal people to do the work.
