Competition to attract and retain young apprentices in the haircare industry is becoming increasingly fierce with less people starting careers and a high churn of staff in hairdressing.

TONI&GUY also wanted to strengthen their communication with franchisees, making it easier for them to access, understand and use marketing and training assets provided by the global support office. 

The Solution

eLamb have created some custom eLearning courses, in bite size chunks for new recruits to access and up skill themselves.

As well as the L&D modules on eLambLMS, TONI&GUY have made use of the document management and marketing calendar modules on eLambLMS. 

Allowing franchisees and their staff to easily access tool-kits and marketing assets to help them run and market their own businesses.

The results

The results

The global support office has a modern, digital platform for communicating with franchisees and their employees.

All assets and support material that are created centrally by the global support office can be “tracked” so regional development managers can see who is using the assets that are being created and the global support office can see how engaged the network is.
